何建波

何建波,男,19866月出生,国家优秀青年科学基金,重庆市杰出青年科学基金获得者。四川米易人,九三社员。2005-2014年在西南大学获得学士和博士学位,2014年至2021年任西南大学生命科学学院副研究员,2021年至今任西南大学发育生物学与再生医学研究中心教授,发育生物学与再生医学研究中心副主任。主要研究方向是利用斑马鱼和小鼠探索并揭示肝脏受损再生的细胞和分子机制。主持并参与多项国家级和省部级课题研究,集中探讨肝脏重度受损后再生的细胞和分子机制,首次在体内发现肝脏再生的新的重要来源-成熟的胆管细胞转分化,解决了长久以来对胆管细胞是否参与肝脏再生的争论,该发现一经发表后在业界引起广泛关注,引用率上百次。近期,又发现Dnmt1NbnRngttTel2等重要因子及mTORC1信号通路作为调控胆管细胞转分化的开关,系列成果填补了肝脏再生起始调控的空白。以第一作者或通讯作者在Gastroenterology, Hepatology2019,2023, Nature Protocols, Cell Reports, NPJ Regenerative Medicine2022,2023, PLoS Genetics, iScience, J Biol Chem 等国际主流期刊发表论文十余篇。2021年获得“国家优青”,2023年获得“重庆市杰青”;近年来获得了国家重点研发计划项目课题(20172019)、科技部“863”计划课题、基金委面上项目、青年项目等资助。荣获2019年度重庆市自然科学奖一等奖(排名第二),西南大学“十三五”科研工作先进个人和重庆市优秀博士学位论文。担任重庆市细胞生物学会副理事长,中国细胞生物学学会理事,中国细胞生物学学会青年工作委员会委员,斑马鱼学会青年委员会委员等职务。
