何建波

何建波 博士,男,生于1986年,教授(三级)、博士生导师,九三社员,西南大学发育生物学与再生医学研究中心副主任;淡水鱼类资源与生殖发育教育部重点实验室副主任,国家优秀青年科学基金,重庆市杰出青年科学基金获得者。主要研究方向是利用斑马鱼和小鼠为模式动物探索并揭示肝脏受损再生的细胞和分子机制,取得以下发现:1)率先在体内发现肝脏重度损伤后胆管细胞向肝细胞转分化是新生肝细胞的主要细胞来源,解决了长久以来对胆管细胞是否参与肝脏再生的争论,该成果一经发表便引起业界广泛关注,开启了胆管细胞转分化在肝脏再生研究中的热点研究方向,引用200余次;2)在调控胆管细胞转分化的机制方面,发现Dnmt1和Rngtt等重要因子及mTORC1信号通路作为调控胆管细胞转分化的开关,系列成果填补了肝脏再生起始调控的空白;揭示维持新生肝细胞增殖和存活的重要调控靶标 (Nbn和Tel2),深入揭示调控胆管细胞转分化的重要因子对于晚期肝病临床治疗具有重要意义;3)建立多个胆管损伤再生动物模型,发现肝外胆管是肝内胆管再生的重要细胞来源,进一步揭示胆囊具有调控肝内胆管再生的新功能,表明我们对胆囊功能的认知并不完整,胆囊也并非想所想象的那样属于“不重要器官”,提示未来对患者进行胆囊切除手术前须更严肃地评估,避免非必要的胆囊切除。以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Cell Biology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology (2019, 2023), Nature Protocols, Cell Reports, NPJ Regenerative Medicine (2022, 2023), PLoS Genetics, iScience, J Biol Chem 等国际主流期刊发表论文十余篇。2021年获得国家优青,2023年获得重庆市杰青;近年来获得了国家重点研发计划项目课题(2017、2019)、科技部“863”计划课题、基金委面上项目(2019、2025)、青年项目等资助。荣获重庆市自然科学奖一等奖(2020;排名第二),蔡司斑马鱼科学研究奖-优秀青年学者奖(2024),重庆市学术技术带头人(2024),西南大学“优秀教师”,西南大学“十三五”科研工作先进个人和重庆市优秀博士学位论文等荣誉称号。现担任淡水鱼类资源与生殖发育教育部重点实验室副主任,重庆市细胞生物学学会副理事长,中国细胞生物学学会理事,中国细胞生物学学会青年工作委员会委员等职务。
